how we did it_

We initially started working for Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership to create their annual reports and website as well as developing their branding and infographics. Through ongoing creative work to keep everything consistent, we were also contacted by them during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic to create a separate website that would enable employers in the area to search for employees who had lost their jobs due to the situation and allow them to connect.

Working with a local government organisation has given us a great perspective on what’s going on in the wider area. Developing the Covid website, in particular, was very rewarding as it was great to develop a platform to help get young people back into work and do our little bit to give back to the local community.

For our 10th anniversary, we wanted to develop a bold design for our annual report and marketing assets for our conference. Bluechilli stepped up to the challenge and provided design ideas that fulfilled our brief. They developed creative page spreads that were led by images rather than words and created strong visuals that were used for our conference materials. We received really positive feedback from our partners and businesses who attended the event. Also, our outgoing chairman said it was the best annual report during his tenure!
